Anti-Trust Compliance Notice

Under the long-established policy of Carroll County Association of REALTORS®, Inc., the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®,

  • Anti-trust compliance requires there will be NO discussion of commission amounts or percentages other than “X”.
  • There will be no discussion or disparaging comments pertaining to another Broker’s business practice.
  • Anything said or discussed that is in conflict with your office’s policy should be discussed with your manager or broker.
