Here is a
brief history of our company...
SentriLock,
LLC, is majority owned by the National Association of
Realtors® and was formed in August of 2003. The
groundwork for this venture was laid back in 2001 when
the principals of MFM Software, Inc. of Cincinnati, Ohio
formed a company named SentriLock, Inc. Its mission was
to develop an electronic lockbox product for the real
estate industry. MFM has been a major provider for real
estate desktop software and web applications in the
United States for more than 10 years. This NAR venture
was a 100% member-driven initiative and has succeeded in
its goal to provide viable competition in the electronic
lockbox market.
After a successful beta test in early
2004, SentriLock's first installation was on June 14th,
2004. Not quite one year later, we signed our 50th
contract. Currently SentriLock has more than 300,000
lockboxes in use by almost 150,000 Agents from over 140
different Associations around the country!
Your members will find that SentriLock's REALTOR®
Lockbox is a refreshing change from prior electronic
lockboxes they may have used. SentriLock has
intelligently engineered this platform with a focus on
functions and features which will simplify rather than
complicate an Agent's life. Our technology is
sophisticated, but does not go so far as to include
functions unrelated to secure and flexible control of
key access. Our lockbox offers unique options for access
control by the Listing Agent that no other lockbox
offers. Furthermore, as a NAR majority owned company, we
are directly accountable to the real estate community -
and not to corporate shareholders. Our first priority is
to serve the industry with a quality product and great
service at a low cost.

Our lockboxes, SentriCards® and card readers are
purchased outright or through financing by the
Association or MLSs under contract with SentriLock.
There are no subscriptions or leases between SentriLock
and your members.
Our largest customers include the Long Island Board
of REALTORS® (LIBOR), the largest "single" real estate
board in the country with a membership of 26,000 agents,
the San Diego County Association of REALTORS (SANDICOR),
one of the largest regional MLS associations with a
membership of over 27.000 agents, the Metropolitan
Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®, Memphis Area
Association of REALTORS®, and Charleston-Trident (SC)
Association of REALTORS®. All are conversions from Supra
electronic lockboxes. The exchange ran very smoothly and
the lockbox system bas been extremely well received by
their members. We can assist any Association in
